We currently have 3 Main Raffle Prizes for paid attendees. Please see below for the details:

1. A “$3,999 Treatment Credit” which is the price of a cycle of basic IVF without medication. – Donated by CNY Fertility. Terms and conditions will apply.

 

2. For a Free New Patient Consultation for a woman (Valued at $600) Deductibles are nonwaivable. Only copays presented by Conceptions Florida. 

 

3. $15,000 discount in Surrogacy Services presented by Delivering Dreams International Surrogacy Agency

 
Terms & Conditions for the IVF Raffle Prize

1. Eligibility:

  • Entrants must be 18 years or older and legal residents of the United States.
  • The raffle is open to individuals actively seeking fertility treatments.
  • Employees, board members, and affiliates of Yes to Fertility and participating sponsors are not eligible to enter.

2. Entry Guidelines:

  • Participants must complete the official entry form, available at the Florida Fertility Expo or online at www.FloridaFertilityExpo.com.
  • Only one entry per person is allowed; duplicate entries will be disqualified.
  • Purchase of an admission ticket is required to enter or win.

3. Prize Details:

  • The winner will receive one of the prizes listed above.
  • The prize is non-transferable and cannot be redeemed for cash.
  • The winner is responsible for any additional medical costs beyond the $4,000 value, including medications, procedures, or consultations not covered by the package.

4. Winner Selection & Notification:

  • The winner will be selected through a random drawing on Saturday, April 19
  • The winner must be present at the time of the draw.

5. Additional Conditions:

  • The prize must be used within 12 months of the award date unless otherwise stated.
  • The winner agrees to allow Yes to Fertility to use their name and likeness for promotional purposes (optional and with consent).
  • Yes to Fertility and its partners are not responsible for medical outcomes or any additional expenses incurred.
