ABOUT US

The Florida Fertility Expo evolved through the vision and personal experience of its founder, Michelle McKoy, MSc, CIFC. Diagnosed with endometriosis and chronic pelvic pain, her journey to motherhood took a bumpy ride and she navigated the physical, and mental pain to finding solutions. After 20 years of suffering in silence, exploring integrative medicine, and assistance of IVF, she gave birth to her beautiful daughter at the age of 50.

Her journey is similar to the many of the 1 in 6 who are impacted by infertility. First-hand experience delves into the need for the community to be empowered with infertility awareness from a young age, the tools to navigate maternal health, the acknowledgment in the power when science and nature are aligned through integrative medicine, and the contribution of new modalities and technology to reproductive health.

Hosted during National Minority Health Awareness Month, the expo seeks to support National Infertility Awareness Week

Our Mission

Our Commitment

Founded in 2017 by Michelle McKoy, the event was conceptuaized based on her personal journey with endometriosis and chronic pelvic pain. In her circle, she realized that there were many friends and associates who had their own personal stories and experiences and on that premise, decided to create an annual event during Fertility Week to bring awareness and support.

Whether you are just thinking about starting a family or have been trying for a while, come to this event for advice, information and support to help you on your journey.

The South Florida Fertility Expo is the event for your fertility journey. Having launched in 2018, the expo has brought together leading fertility specialists, in one place at one time, making it an invaluable resource for patients.

We have also developed an online video platform, providing valued resources.
